Service Contract - Franchise
With AUL and now Protective, our agency is not aggressive in trying to take business from "first chair" business and floor plans. We grew to where we are today by offering products on high-mileage vehicles that most warranty companies do not want any business with. We are still complacent in executing at a high level within this niche, and PAYING CLAIMS. We are in dozens of stores that use JM&A products as their primary business, and often times not only coexist but are mutually beneficial in achieving franchise dealer's needs.
